About these terms

This website is operated by Airlo Fans (“Airlo,” “we,” or “us”). These terms apply to your use of shopairlo.com and purchases from Airlo, together with the policies linked below. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase for you. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Products and website information

We describe products as accurately as we reasonably can. Screen settings and lighting can affect how a color looks. Some lifestyle images are digitally created or edited illustrations of intended use; they are not customer reviews or proof that a particular venue permits the product. The product description and confirmed specifications describe what is included.

Our fans are personal comfort accessories. Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Do not use a damaged fan or battery, and do not expose a product to water unless its instructions expressly allow it. Fans are not a substitute for hydration, rest, or seeking help when you feel unwell. Check an event's own rules before bringing battery-powered accessories.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may still need to verify payment, availability, or delivery details.

If an item is unavailable, there is a material pricing error, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will refund the amount paid for that order as required by law.

We may refuse orders where there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful use. Any payment already collected for an order we do not fulfill will be handled under the cancellation and refund provisions above.

Shipping and cancellations

Delivery estimates and shipping terms appear in our Shipping Policy. Estimates do not remove our obligations if shipment is delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled. Contact us promptly about address changes or cancellation requests; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Returns and store credit

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. We do not offer routine returns or exchanges. Approved discretionary refunds are issued as Airlo store credit only. Defective, incorrect, undelivered, canceled, or delayed orders remain subject to applicable consumer protections and any required monetary refund. Promotions

Offer-specific conditions shown at the time of purchase apply. The email signup offer and the buy-one-get-one-15%-off offer cannot be combined. Checkout shows the eligible discount before you pay. We may change or end future offers, but this does not change an accepted order retroactively. A discount does not reduce statutory rights.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account access secure and contact us if you suspect misuse. Do not use the site to commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious code, or interfere with checkout or store operation. We may restrict access reasonably needed to address misuse, without withholding any refund or remedy required by law.

Content and third-party services

Airlo branding and original site content are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not copy our branding or protected content for commercial use without permission.

Payment services and other third-party features may have their own terms and privacy notices. Linked websites are operated by their respective owners. Our use of outside providers does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Using the site alone does not constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking where separate consent is required.

Responsibility and legal rights

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory product warranties or limits responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to limit, including responsibility for fraud or other non-excludable conduct.

Any dispute is subject to applicable US federal law and applicable state law, including consumer protections that cannot be displaced by these terms. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim where the law permits it.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version presented when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
